Recently refurbished hotel unit with three beds. Easy location, close to downtown.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Quiet little hotel located adjacent to dining options, an awesome restaurant, and the Pub. Beautiful, huge room with view of the mountains and a full size fridge, as for instance! Heated pool, marvellous and absolutely perfect location close to everything in town.

    clean room

I had a King Room with a super comfy king size bed and a nice padded headboard. The mountain views from the balcony were fine! Everything I needed was there, including a fridge and coffee maker. It felt cozy and clean, perfect for my one-night stay.

    It's a good location for a transit.

Many things like hot tub or ice machines didn't work anymore.

    super clean room
    homemade desserts
    difficult location
    not new facility
    stressful arrival

The cleanliness of the room stood out , with the entire space being super clean, offering a much-needed comfort after a long drive. Although the hotel isn't the newest facility, the well-kept atmosphere was great. Homemade desserts were a good bonus that added a personal touch to the dining aspect. Locating the hotel proved challenging due to the street naming convention.

We got a completely new renovated room - for a motel definitely above average clean and new. The room was a bit bare, but with TV, coffee machine and fridge it had everything it needed.

One of the two Queen Size beds was a bit worn out, but the other one was okay. Since we always sleep in a bed anyway no problem ;). Price somewhat high, also because unfortunately no breakfast is included. . The newly renovated room has also stunk a bit of colour.

    Very nice and helpful owner; 2 separate beds were very comfortable for the trip with a friend; furthermore the beds were very comfortable contrary to the first impression; located directly at the entrance of Valemount and therefore easy to find; parking place right in front of the front door;

Hot Tub unfortunately out of operation - it didn't look like it would be put back into operation soon... ; Sauna didn't get really warm, rather bio-sauna temperature.

    Family travelers beware

The room seemed okay at first, very basic, but I gotta admit, the staff was polite and respectful, really helped ease my mind, even when the place started to feel chaotic. Had a strange experience with the bed bugs, then got switched to a different room, just another reminder of the nightmare situation.

It wasn't inexpensive but still bearable with some aspects.

The motel is simple and very sensitive. The price corresponds to similar offers in the region, but is relatively high for the equipment.

    location

My daughter was injured do to neglagence on their part. She fell into a cleaner hole that the cover was not screwed down on and cause her knee to bleed. I took her to the office and tried to get a bandaid but staff said they had no firstaid kit...to sorry take her to the store and buy your own. I have pictures of both the hole and the injury. the pool which looks great on the advertisement was gross and in severe need of a cleaning, my children would not even swim in it, and daughter was bleeding so swimming was out. the hot tub was so hot you couldn't even use it. I turned down my bed and screamed for int he middle of my bed was a huge cricket.....alive. it was gross. the room we got was to have been a smoke free room but it reaked of smoke I tried to address my issues with staff but they said owner was out. I came back after dinner and found a not on the door saying come to office. Staff then told me the owner would not be in til 9pm at which time I informed them that I was unable to come to office then as I had children who would be in bed and I was not willing to leave them alone. I told them I would talk to them in the morning. Morning came and I went to office but again staff said that owner was not available. I have sent this information to the owner requesting a refund on my stay, but have not had any return contact. I will be contacting a lawyer regarding personal injury claim for my daughter.
